1. International Shipping

We ship selected products to customers and business partners in international markets.

Shipping availability, transportation methods, costs, and estimated delivery times depend on the destination country, order quantity, product specifications, packaging requirements, and selected shipping method.

For wholesale and commercial orders, shipping arrangements can be discussed and agreed upon according to the customer's requirements.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after confirmation of payment and verification of all required order details.

Standard orders are generally prepared for dispatch within the agreed processing timeframe.

Customized, engraved, private-label, and bulk manufacturing orders may require additional production time. The applicable production timeframe will be communicated during the quotation or order-confirmation process.

3. Delivery Timeframes

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance, carrier operations, and local delivery conditions.

Any delivery timeframe provided by Delta Med Surgical is an estimated timeframe and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all such charges are the responsibility of the buyer or importer.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements applicable in their country before placing an order.

5. Shipping Documentation

Where applicable, Delta Med Surgical may provide standard commercial shipping documentation associated with the order.

Additional certificates, regulatory documents, or destination-specific documentation may be subject to availability, customer requirements, and applicable charges.

6. Shipment Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the shipment has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including the recipient's name, address, telephone number, and other required details.

7. Damaged, Lost or Incomplete Shipments

Customers should inspect shipments upon receipt where reasonably possible.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been lost during transportation, the customer should contact Delta Med Surgical promptly and provide the order details and relevant supporting evidence, including photographs where applicable.

We will review the matter and, where appropriate, coordinate with the shipping carrier to determine the available resolution.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Certain surgical and medical products may be subject to import restrictions, licensing requirements, customs controls, or other regulatory requirements depending on the destination country.

Delta Med Surgical reserves the right to decline or suspend shipment where applicable legal, regulatory, or carrier restrictions prevent fulfillment.
