3. Orders & Order Confirmation

For customized, engraved, private-label, or bulk manufacturing orders, production will commence only after the required specifications and commercial terms have been approved.

Wholesale, bulk, and international customers may request a quotation based on their specific requirements.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase comply with all applicable laws, import regulations, licensing requirements, medical-device regulations, and customs requirements in their destination country.
